Ok Russ, Better to get planted what you can. Plant pick up and go over the wetspots Then not plant anything at all. Keep at it Russ, you'll get there. 🙂🙏🙂🌱🌱🌱🌱
Hey Russ, not all bad…planting beans to 38 Special,👍🏻ya know, if mud ain’t building up on gauge wheels and the trench is closing, sometimes ya just gotta drive on…radio wise everything from Waylon to AC/DC…God Bless y’all 🇺🇸
Hope you continue to get rain through the summer. It's starting to get dry up here in Virginia. Thanks for sharing the video Russ. I listen to country most all the time but southern rock is good too. I know all about the cab drain tubes especially on my 5088. Got keep them blown out. At least the AC is working. Take care and God Bless Y'all.
My word the wet fields y'all are dealing with.😳 I guess the mountains here break up all the storms and rain🤔 Sounds like you figured a way to work around those wet areas pretty well! Looking fwd to seeing you get into wheat harvest!! Hopefully that 60 acres went well!! Spent my Saturday evening working on a gleaner grain header 🤣🤣🤣 I wish so much I could listen to a radio , but most days its me fussing at myself 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thank you Russ for bringing us along, look fwd to seeing what's next!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🌾🌾🌾🇺🇸🇺🇸🌱🌱
We are hoping to try working one of our last two fields tomorrow. I don't know how it will go though. I listen to classic rock & country on the radio. Hope you get the rest of the beans in the ground soon.
Hows it going mr Russ? I totally understand why you chose that turntable planter. That would be brutal going down those roads with a conventional planter. We just started getting a little rain. Our corn is tasseling and was suffering until the rain started. Some guys quit planting cause of how dry it was. Stay safe, and keep going.
Hello Russ beans are up lots 3" around here. When did you plant this. Look terrible wet there. Enjoyed your video thankyou. Have a great day. See you then.
Hey Russ, how's everything going with y'all there today? we were supposed to have some rain last night, but we didn't get any rain. Everything has been coming up for the past couple of weeks, and everything here is looking great. Have a great weekend 👍👍👍
It depends. There are some talk radio people I like or there is a Christian radio station I switch to if someone come on I don't care for. I thought that the open spoke wheels were not supposed to plug up. Or was something else plugging up.
The seed tubes itself. The spoke wheels are well worth the money. I usually have a rock or something get behind the garage wheel and lock it up. Not with these,
“Hope Neal Young will remember, Southern man don’t need him around anyhow” Ronnie Van Zant never did like ol’ Neal. As far as listening to music in the tractor, it’s usually George Strait, Alan Jackson, Skynyrd, CDB, and maybe some Justin Moore and Eric Church.
Hey buddy, thought you would be listening to some Gary Allen, Jason Aldean or Kenny Chesney, or possibly Toby Keith, yeah with ALL the RAIN 🌧️🌧️ this year can't hardly tell when you can get into which field and where, Really big pain, But I'm sure your gonna GITTER DONE 🤣😂🤣👍✌️🚜🚜🚜🚜😎 CYA SOON NEXT TIME 😎☀️🌞
Those guys are alright but I want to dig up Joe Diffe and let him kick Aldean in the nuts. I quit listening to mainstream radio years ago. Too much crap on there. I’ve always leaned more to country but my 14 year old son likes classic rock from the 70-80’s. Got me back into listening to it.
Having deal with muddy fields either too much rain or not enough. 70's & 80's rock especially southern rock country up till 90's after that non of this new music
My favorite tractor music is the sound of the tractor! Great ending clip Russ!
Yep run out of seed with about an acre to go.
I heart radio 70’s rock ride!!
I’ve just got into iHeart. There is a Nashville station I just started listening to. 95.9 I think. Took the place of KDF.
Ok Russ, Better to get planted what you can. Plant pick up and go over the wetspots Then not plant anything at all.
Keep at it Russ, you'll get there.

Done with full season beans today. How are you holding up?

Sounds like we share a taste in music.

Yeah I blew the tubes out good. Got a blow gun just for that now on the truck.

You need to get some ear buds. Between spraying and planting, 14 hours. I have to have something to listen to:
@@Thomasfarmstn Yes, I can't imagine not having a radio with those hours!! Thank you Russ!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻

60 acres left and a good forecast for the next few days.
Hey Russ! It's been muddy here also.
It’s drying up.

We’ve not been dry. Pivot planters are easy to work on as well.
👍
10-4!
you have mud and i need rain bad here in Conway South Carolina
I would give you some if I could
It's a lot wetter over your way than it is here.
I cut some wheat Thursday that was 13% moisture
I don’t know any cut here yet. We are gonna try around Thursday.

These were planted Saturday, 4.8 group beans.

Hey Mike have a good week.
Hello, Russ! No stop till the end...
Or rain

Good lineup! I use to like Eric Church but he is about as woke as Garth Brooks.
@@Thomasfarmstn I like his older stuff, I don’t like his politics though.

The 70’s rock sound is making a comeback in new music.
Southern Rock or podcasts
Yes I like podcast myself. Bushels and Barrels, straight forward farming, barn talk and I was a guest on Field Rows in 2021
A Southern man don't need him around anyhow!
That’s right!
Nah you want to see someone mudding shit in go watch the Dufus a couple hours east of me 🤦♂️🤣
Well you do have some pretty good wet areas though
I was able to plant over 95% of the fields so it will be ok. I’m looking for a ditcher for this Winter:
