- Some characters have different ultimate voice lines when they cast their ultimate. This goes for other certain voice lines as well. I hope you guys enjoy the video!

Sorry that Kafka and Loucha are not included in this video. In the very first part of the game, we are able to use Kafka but we cannot speed up combat at the time. As for Loucha, I forgot to record the parts where he was playable.

the voicelines being altered depending on what speed you're playing is probably my favourite feature in this game

And what's more amazing to me is, iirc one of the VA said (if im not mistaken it is Seele's VA that said this when someone on UA-cam doing like some sort of interview with her) that they didn't use any computer help to make the voice sounds faster, its just the VAs that need to speak faster or shorter to match the 2x speed. I might misheard it but if it is true, it is so cool.

I like how when you watch only the ultimate animation the normal speed looked legitimately normal.
But when you use the ultimate on normal speed during gameplay everything felt 0.25 speed

I play on mobile so the FPS and quality are lower, but when I saw this video it felt like normal speed is slower than the normal speed on my phone 😦 idk how to explain but it felt *cursed*

Honestly, male Trailblazer seems quite full of emotion, meanwhile female seems like a teasing type. It depends on which you favor.

Hoyoverse took the effort to make a separate record for 1x and 2x speeds. Not only the ultimate, but everything in battle. This really makes it feel natural and it's hard to go back to 1x.

Dan Heng sounds more threatening when he speaks quietly when his ult line is sped up. I remember how it caught me off guard the first time I used the 2x speed and heard him say his line differently.
But it happens to almost everyone tho 😅 Just listen to Bronya and Jing Yuan. And also both Fire MC. And btw in Stelle's Fire Ultimate sounds far more angrier than Male Fire MC for some reason 😂

I get so used to her targeting (?cant think of the right word) the dps automatically during ult that when it's targeted on someone else I don't even notice and just automatically press space thinking it is the dps
Funnily enough, i once used Tingyun's ult to Natasha back when i first started playing because my whole team was about to die and i need healing badly lmao
It's funny to me how the name Natasha means 'Born On Christmas Day', and Natasha's ultimate involves a load of presents/toys.
I like how Male MC has the cooler Destruction animation, but then Female MC gets the cooler Preservation animation. It's a nice balance.

As someone's whose team most commonly uses Bronya, Natasha, Seele and Yanqing, it took me an incredibly long amount of time to realize they had different voicelines at 2x speed...
I have welt, herta, Asta and March and tbf I just thought the voiceless switched at random.
Herta's shortened voiceline does not feel like English, compared to whole sentence version.
And like gepard, full sentence welt is just more badass.
Gepard ult is one of the hypest in the game, along with jing yuan and bronya
Asta's VA took the job so that she could still talk about stars.
I've never played double speed before since I expected like fast forward squeaky voice, but surprisingly, Star Rail has unique lines for double speed

I always put the game back on 1x speed for QQ ult animation. Unlike most, QQ's ult animation looks better on 1x imo + I can't get enough of the "please x5" voice line.

I feel like they put too much effort into making the ×2 animations and lines not seem "too fast," that is resulted in normal speed being too slow. Tbf I don't even think it's double speed at all, feels more like 1.5 speed, but maybe that's just me.
I feel like a ×3 speed just with sped up dialogue would be a good option for those who want it.

the Best Normal Speed lines id actually use slow mode is on of characters i dont have being Sampo and Welt. "Survive or be destroyed" is good yes but the extra bit about the stars shattering just adds the cherry on top with his ult being a sythetic black hole that eats up even stars
with Sampo i find that normal line just incredibly in tune with his character
while with his x2 line it also alighns incredibly well with his character because i believe hes the kinda guy that charges extra but is ultimatly willing to go against another customer for money
