I had to give mine back because i heard they got anger issues and its risky to let them run at parks they can ran away and he wasnt getting a long with my other fam😭 were heart broken but he was only two monthss , and I heard they aint good with strangers and other dogs we got a pug but i still miss this dog :(
I think you got the wrong info. I had a mini pin for almost 14years. My mini pin is an angel with OCD. I never had any problem with him and all my friends who were once afraid of dogs all became dog lovers because of him. His brother was adopted by our cousin but since his brother was always tied up, caged and gets kicked by their children, the dog became aloof and defensive against people. Though they are siblings, their personalities became total opposite. This made me conclude that a dog’s behaviour and personality will depend on how he is being raised. Our dog inherited traits from each family member growing up. My mini pin never barks once we go outside of the house. He likes going out and travelling and is very sociable. He is contented just sitting in a chair inside a mall just observing every shopper that passes by. He doesn’t get bothered by strangers especially children suddenly coming up to him and hugging him. He is just wary of children especially 3yrs old and below because when he was a few months old one of my niece who is around 3yr old at that time accidentally stepped on his foot and he got hurt. Since then he has been aloof of younger kids. He never retaliated against my niece but instead avoided her from then on. He is also friendly with other animals but becomes snobbish with them if they scratch or barks at him. They are very curious dog but if you trach them early on not to wander off they will just stay put. My mini pin never wanders off too far from us whenever we are out because he is scared to be away from us so he only explores within an area where he can still see us.
Around 2:04 -ish, darling little Isaac looked so vulnerable & unsure of himself...By now, he's surely tearing around the house like crazy with your socks or his toys in his mouth & a confident little "swagger"...LOL...I'm currently helping foster two little Mini Pin ( tiny) puppy sisters who are a *HANDFUL* every single moment they're awake...HaHa...Seriously, they're just the "busiest" & most curious pups I've ever known...I already love the heck out of them ("Trixie" & "Dixie") & will miss them SO BADLY after they find their "forever homes"...(The risk of fostering is having your heart broken over & over because it's SO hard not to become VERY attached, but then the phone always rings again soon after they leave with one more innocent dog or cat who needs a temporary loving home & family...& YOU START ALL OVER AGAIN... *: )*

I have a miniature pinscher/chihuahua and he looks identical to this guy.
I have a min pin too. He gets cold easily. Hes the most loving dog. I love spoiling mine too.
