Fixed capital means fixed assets like plant , machinery . And they got depriciated with time . On other hand consumption of fixed capital means consumption of fixed assets . Hence , they are same .

Then this ndp at fc is converted into gnp at fc
By adding depreciation and net factor income from abroad ( nfifa is in negative)
3850 + 100 + (-50)
= 3900
