GÂTEAU NANTAIS - combination of almond flour & dark rhum into a delicious cake - all in one pot!

    Preheat oven @170/180
    Whisk using the leaf :
    150gr Sugar
    125gr Soft butter
    15gr Vanilla sugar
    Add one by one:
    3 Eggs
    Sive the flour and mix
    Add 25ml of Premium dark Rhum
    Empty in lined tin and bake for 40/45min
    Flip on a cooling rack and sprinkle some rhum while still warm
    Let cool down
    Icing option mix 50gr of icing sugar & 50ml of rhum
    Leave in fridge wrapped in cling film and take out 30min before eating it.
    Voilà! A simple cake;)
