Long Halloween and Dark Victory are easily my favorite Batman stories (throw in Year 1 to complete the top tier). This book is just fantastic.

Me too! Love the moody, cinematic nature of Loeb and Sale’s work. Someday I’ll definitely have to revisit these stories on the channel and make a better quality video out of them, these stories deserve it! 😋

Hi! Great video! It is worth the money? I'm not totally sure if I will buy it or not! Thanks!

Thanks so much for watching! This is one of my favourite Batman books. If you’re a fan of Batman, especially movies such as The Dark Knight, then I strongly recommend this. It’s a great place for starting to read Batman because it requires no prior knowledge, and the art is phenomenal!

      Hey man.
      Just ordered this for £67.
I have the long Halloween and dark victory in trades but I haven't read the rest.
On first reading the long Halloween I enjoyed it but wasn't blown away ( rather like hush ) but once I re-read the long Halloween I was blown away ( unlike hush on re-read it got worse imo )
Dark Victory on first reading utterly blew me away so I'm looking forward to reading this in Omni format.
Keep up the great videos mate ✌️

Long Halloween is better read when compared to Dark Victory and Hush in my opinion. Hush is more about the art.

I think that’s a fair assessment. As much as I adore Jim Lee’s artwork in Hush, the story is pretty silly. With Long Halloween, however, both the art and the story gripped me all the way through
