hello! I'm 'Baking Again Today'. 😊
Yakgwa cookies are very hot these days!
Yakgwa cookies, Yakgwa scones, Yakgwa financiers, Yakgwa cakes, there are so many Yakgwa desserts. 👏
Today, I made Yakgwa cookies out of many Yakgwa desserts!
Cookies baked with vanilla cream cheese with a subtle vanilla scent, topped with large yakgwa, and moistened with
    syrup.
If you eat it while it's warm, you can eat it moist, or if you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, you can eat it with a chewy texture!
Personally, I recommend putting it in the refrigerator or freezer and then taking it out and eating it. 👍 The chewy texture is completely different.
    * There is an important point in this Yakgwa and cookie. The cream cheese you use shouldn't have a strong salty taste. If you use cream cheese with a strong salty taste, the cookies will not taste good. After eating, the salty taste of cream cheese remains in my mouth, so I don't recommend it! (I used Dairymont Cream Cheese.) *
If you like Yakgwa, be sure to make chewy Yakgwa cookies!
