Uni assist doesn't value diploma, but the universities which takes applications directly through their website will allow it. So you can apply to their courses. (DIT, Saarland Uni etc.)

I’m also a 12th standard pass out student with PCM as majors, I’ve acquired 65% in my Boards exam in India this year and I’ve been stuck since my boards result came out at the end of june month which was delayed due to covid.
It is a big challenge for me and my desired bachelors degree programme as in most European universities are not accepting any late applicants, I found this video and I really think you can help me out in this matter.

What if I have similar results but from a top 60 university? I have a BSc (Honours) in Mechatronics Engineering. And I have about 1 year of relevant work experience. I want to apply for a Masters btw.
If you can prove that you are top 5 or 10 percent in your class by comparison of grades (your uni might provide a certificate of that kind) since usually in top tier uni's, scoring good grades is a bit difficult, then I'd say you have a good chance to cover up the grade you have to a good extent.
