I toured the older version of this house in Pinson, Alabama. It's a lovely house with lots of room. I like the changes that they've made to the new 2025 model. Deer Valley makes such a nice house!! That master bath and closet are amazing.
This is a beautiful home. I absolutely love it. It has so much space. The kitchen brick backsplash is perfect. I’am sold! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!
Awesome home, super large! Love all of it. Bedrooms & bathrooms great sizes. Finally linen closets in bathrooms, wonderful! Thank you Nate for showing us the unfinished home first. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
I wish they would normalize wider hallways and doorways. Ending up in a wheelchair at 16 for a while and not being able to get out of my bedroom taught me a lesson. I want to buy a house now to retire in and don’t want to be stuck in a home that doesn’t work for me if my ambulating worsens. I just had a hip replacement and even my walker struggled to get through my bathroom door. Luckily the walker was only temporary. I want a home that will go the distance. All homes should be handicap accessible. At 16 I never expected to be in a wheelchair for a while. Things happen. Wider doors and hallways should be standard.
I watch you and Chance. I've been looking at this house for a while now and the changes that have been made are changes I was planning to make. The giant slider is amazing.
Very nice home. I would like to see the Hacienda III by Palm Harbor also. Haven't been able to find a full tour but that house looks amazing from the little bit I did see
I'll have to look for it. It did look it up and here is a home similar in floor plan but not exact that I filmed in Spokane Wa, by a different builder. ua-cam.com/video/t5O4JxdDIgg/v-deo.htmlsi=PMy7Eq9eMOBbA8h1
Add more upper cabinets in the kitchen and additional shelves in the linen closets and another set in the pantry then this home would be just about perfect
It's lovely, but the kitchen is too small for the size of the home. I also like tons of light in a kitchen, but it looks like no windows in the room I like an operational window ov the sink. I'm looking forward to seeing it completed. I liked the floor color, and the more uniform grain and coloring. I dislike all these floors with a ton of variegation. It makes the floor too busy looking. I'm not into super distressed looks, tgey are on the way out. I'm a designer, so I tend to be very specific. Nice home with some great ideas. Thanks for showing it.
The two things that I like about this house, is that each of the bedrooms have access to a bathroom & the back porch. The house is a lil bit too choppy for me....
That price is ridiculous. I bought a shult modular home on 10 acres for $47,000. It had 6 inch walls R-30 in ceiling R-22 in walls. Lived in country 20 years.
I kind of like seeing it before the flooring. You can actually see that the bedrooms are large. When they are uniform and fixed up, they look smaller than they are. Not as impressive as the original though and 25 percent higher in just 3 years.
Now I have a question why don't they mud and tape behind the crown molding. So that's going to be an air pocket where air can escape during both the winter and summer so your utility bills are going to be outrageous
Per square foot is my point. Price gouging, price per sq foot should be half the price. I could in the wilderness and cut timber for free, have it manufactured into 2 x 6's or whatever for a fraction. My point is, the price of everything is to high, manufacture companies don't need to be billionaires or whatever... Darealdeal
Never talk about the price! Just for the outside because they charge you for everything that you do inside as well. So what’s the construction on the outside? Plus this is going to be the underbelly that could get destroyed over overtime that is like all the old ones that isn’t an improvement. Plywood flooring then wood carpet ext. I do like the fact that they’re using whirlpool. I think those are some of the best products. GE sucks.
the jack and Jill bathroom is a nice touch but there is a need for another bathroom for overnight guests no one wants people in and out of the kids room to take a shower I've seen a better home with a back porch with a bar and a t v and a half bath for way less just no jack and Jill but a bathroom for guests
I like the mixture of different materials. However, they seem very random on this house that looks very much like a trailer. The front door could at least be as tall as the windows. It looks all kinds of wrong. Large house more windows needed. Most people put the powder room in the hallway off the main living space. Not in the room. Stop with all the little touched wood and rock on the inside that make no sense. Agan, looks like a mobile home. Stop with brown. Every interior wall doesn't need to be brown.
Why did you waste my time with this showing. The house has a lot of potential and WAS NOT ready to present. Get it finished and then have an interior decorator do the presentation. This guy is an amateur.
I asked my audience if they wanted to see it as it was and the survey I took was 63-37 saying show it. I filmed it as I knew it would be a year before I get back there and it may not be there since they only keep their homes on the lot about a year at a time.

I watch you both. You each bring something special to the tours!
I would like to thank you for giving a shout-out at chance, both of you are very well-bred I can tell
Absolutely gourgous home 🏡 💙 ❤🎉
The elevation is really attractive. But for being so large, the kitchen is woefully small. But maybe in person it's better. Thanks Nate!
Awesome tour good sir❤️❤️

Lovely
I love it
😊Very big home "the Annais" . Dear Valley is way out of my price range, but I don't mind touring them! Thanks Nate.

I agree, with hubby in powerchair it's inaccessible for him. Showers should also come with a choice of a roll in shower vs standard walki
Good size kitchen. The 1/2 bath is nice. I like that it has a bigger sink, instead of a pedal sink
Another fantastic Deer Valley home! Yes, the pictures you inserted were great.
I love this. I need more information
Wow. So spacious. Perfect
Beautiful home! thank you
love the darker cabinets
Thanks for including the pics of the finished product.
This is the home I'm working towards. I love her

Very nice home, thank you, Nate for showing it.

Love it...😊😊
I love it. My guess is hello to the kid in the 2nd restroom you walk...
I was wrong lol it was the first
Hello Nate nice home would love to have this on our property.
That's an awesome master bedroom and bathroom! I don't like the toilet in the living room 😅and it's a shame they didn't put a window in the 6
They Need to Add more shelves in the linen closets and I Think one more set in the pantry but absolutely in the linen closets.
I wish deer valley sold in the west coast. Like them soooo much better than Kit west
Me too, although I do like Kit West, I thin Deer Valley is a little better quality.

Heyyy you're in my hometown

450k is insane
Everything but price?
If it's so massive, why can't they put in a proper foyer. I wouldn't want it as is...

😁
6 inch walls?

For a large Looking kitchen it actually doesn't have much upper cabinets
440k for mobile home pretty expensive isn’t it?
Never talk about the price!

There are 3.5 baths. the Jack and Jill. 2 rooms have their own bath and then the half bath off the living room.
Really wish they would stop putting in ugly electric fireplace's
Don’t like the location of the 1/2 bath
Mechanical room better spot for 1/2 bath.
If it doesn't come with attached an garage then it is pointless.
Did you really forget to film the porch??? 👺
I filmed both

Nate. I like. You. But. I'm sorry. I don't. Like. Chance. Sorry.
Why do you not like Chance?
Why would you even say that? I watch both and I enjoy both of them.
The only thing I don't like about it is that half bath in the living room that's gross
