Nest Camera Not Connecting to WiFi: How to Fix

Did not work , tried all methods , replaced TP link router with a newer dual band one and activated 2.4 still no good ... worked fine with old TP dual band router

I had a new modem put in and I was able to remove and add my indoor cameras and nest protect co2 detectors. Could not connect the outside nest cam old model with no reset button.After watching several videos including yours ,reading Google support community recommendations had no luck.Someone told me to call spectrum internet provider.They said 2.4 ghz is needed and not 5G to connect the outdoor cameras. They were able to let me access 2.4 GHZ for an hour on my phone .Both my outdoor nest cams connected and working. I am not tech savvy and after 3 days of trying resolve it was a 10 minute fix.

I was in the same boat…delete camera completely and hold the rest button for a whole 60 seconds (let it chime and keep holding)

@@jakeheke2567 Thank you, this worked for me. Continue holding past the chime until the second or third chime. The light should blink light blue then it's reset (instead of blinking white)

@@jakeheke2567 Thanks, worked for me as well! Held down the reset button until the camera chimed 5 times, then the light turned from white to blue, and it connected

Held down reset for 20 seconds while pugging back up. First time all correct lights noises and it is set up. Thank you.

HOLD THE RESET BUTTON DOWN ON YOUR WIRED NEST CAMERA FOR OVER A MINUTE IT WILL TURN OFF AND ON ONCE MAYBE TWO TIMES, THEN ADD YOUR DEVICE AFTER THAT….WORKED FOR ME.

I can't connect my google wired cameras to my high speed wifi

Same issue here. It's like they've just stopped support for these cameras. Was working fine 2 weeks ago. Google just sent me a replacement camera (which I was happy about since mine was an original camera from when Nest came out in Canada) but this new camera is also not connecting to wi-fi. Just ends up with a C119 error, and can't even try to setup with computer since the app is no longer supported. pretty frustrating.
