Mutators don’t allow giving different settings to different teams. If you add a special advantage using a mutator, the only way it will work is if the other player doesn’t use that function at all (e.g. Rumble powerups).

When you accelerate your camera view should be looking behind you. Do this by making the gas/accelerate button the same as the rear view button. Like so he can see this!
