Most LEO where I live wear the vest under their uniform makes it look more professional also tactical vest are very uncomfortable while on patrol in the vehicle so most LEO keep them in the back of their unit unless its needed.
i used to play LSPDFR all the time and i installed eup like your video showed but im missing the EUP folder in the plugins folder i only have eupmenu.dlll
i am a bit confused on replacing uniforms, so if i already have an LSPD uniform pack installed, will adding a sheriff uniform pack replace the LSPD or how could i just replace the current default uniforms for the sheriff department? i already replaced the default LSPD unforms for everyone but my sheriffs still use the default one and i want to add a custom uniform for them as well how would i replace those?
I'm having an issue, I installed EUP 9.7 and they changed everything... The location of the files is all over the place now. I'm trying to figure out how to install EUP packs by thin line sanctuary but am stuck because the pathways seemed to have changed now

Yo can someone help im using trooper charles cars and eup i put all of the clothing in my wardrobe but it don't show in game and the textures on the cars are messed up from a far i can see the car but when i get up close it shows as the default swat car so can someone help please
I have given up even attempting to setup and play lspdfr after spending hours watching tutorials and only half of what I'm doing working I give up and will never attempt lspdfr again.

i tried all steps but my EUP menu wont show up when i press f11, yes the EUP loaded ingame just wont show up for me

WIthin my plugins folder, there is an LSPDFR folder and EUPMenu.ll file - but no EUP folder. Is there a video of how to get that folder?
