+Wayne Essar No, it is not a counter weight, it is a scoop that Gibson built. When you drive along you can lower it and it will pick up gravel or soil, whatever you want moved. Then you lift your implement arm and it will cradle the gravel or soil while you drive to where you pull a lever to flip it over and dump. It is all manual.
