That blouse & the color look great on you! I've really been enjoying the Le Mieux products I bought from you recently . I think the vitamin c is my favorite . The hyaluronic acid serum & sheer hydration are really good also .

What is the Neogensis spray that you use to spray hand & add a drop of Recovery & pat on face called? I'ved tried Recovery for scarring & saw no results :( I think I try it again with this technique of spraying my hand & adding a drop of it to pat on my face followed by a moisturizer.

Hi Penny I saw the ingredients in the IS cooling mask and the 2nd ingredient is alcohol denatured? Iv'e always heard that is bad for your skin any feedback on this ingredient?
aleia alcohol denat in this product is used to make the product feel lighter, help the ingredients to penetrate, and as a preservative. It evaporates on contact with the skin. As a mask, it won’t have the “drying”’effect that some daily use products can have. This is formulated for the most compromised skin types as a healing and reparative product.:)

Hi Leah. I get so confused. I want the best on the market I’m trying to prevent as well as reverse the damage. I have dry mature skin. So what regimen would you recommend. The AC 11 has really helped with the broken capillary and I did just order a different stem factor from you. Anywho. Love your informative videos

Yes.. I have this same question and what is the difference between the two
Recovery and Stemfactor can be used together. You would not need both Neogenesis Skin Serum and Stemfactor.. but Skin Serum is a different product than Recovery :)
I had a pre cancerous spot on my lip not long ago, and my derm said to be weary of growth factors in skincare for that reason. I wish I could try this ! 😭
If you can’t use growth factors (although this was created for people who are post chemotherapy) then I recommend looking into Glowbiotics Calming Restorative Treatment- I have a video on it also 💗

Hi, loyal customer here! Would using Recovery before and after microneedling @ 0.5 keep my melasma from flaring up? I would love to continue needling every 6 weeks but it seems to really set me back in the progress of keeping my pigment down. Also, would usage every other day be effective in seeing a change in my skin? With alternating copper peptides, retinaldehyde, vitamin c, Obagi clearfx, etc. fitting it in daily doesn’t seem feasible, lol!
for pigment, I recommend needling with Biopelle 40amps. I wouldn't needle more than 2-3x a month with a .5
Thank you! I’m only needling every 5-6 weeks. I would apply before and after? Do you carry anything with >7% arbutin? Obagi sits really heavy on my skin even with misting before hand. I can’t tell if that’s what clogs up my pores but a lighter serum with high arbutin would be wonderful.
I would also love a recommendation for a moisturizer for someone with melasma, lives in a dry climate, easily-damaged barrier, and prone to clogged pores.
@@Gnarpster-Von-Gnarpington you're going to laugh but try " Ponds" for a moisturizer. Yes the big tub thats found at most stores. The Ponds rich hydration cream i use has a light blue lid. The label on the back side says, won't clog pores , sensitive skin.
My skin is acne prone, pores clog easily, I live in the desert and battle melasma too. The Ordinary's Arbutin has helped diminish my melasma. It doesn't blend well with any sunscreens I've tried so should be used in PM routine

Hi! Question, If the Is Clinical Moisturzing Complex has alcohol denat as the 3rd ingredient, how does it hydrate?? That ingredient freaks me out. I really need a good daytime moisturizer!!
It evaporates As soon as it hits the skin. It’s there so that it can act as a delivery system for the active ingredients since it’s more than just a moisturizer. I have sensitive skin and use and have never had issues, medical grade products are formulated precisely to do what they say they will do and never to hurt the skin. Is Clinical as a brand focuses on the entire ingredient deck when formulating their products to treat the skin, not just one ingredient (there motto). It’s fantastic and I recommend it 100% :)

around my chin area it gets kind of puckery instead of my usual smooth. Then I get scared and stop using it. But I try again. What am I doing wrong because everyone lovers led. With retinol I never peel the way other people do but I get wrinkles, stop using it and the wrinkles then go away. I use skin ceuticlals 0.5 in both cases either I’m weird, could be, or I’m doing things wrong. Thanks again 🌸

Do you need the mist with the recovery? Or any mist? If not, how do you use it without a mist?
charissejlee I do use a mist with Recovery. 2 drops with one pump of mist and press this concoction into my skin. But, you can absolutely apply without. NeoGenesis recommends 4-5 drops however, I do recommend 2 drops mixed into your daily growth factor serum and applied and it works great for my clients :)

Lol! NeoGenesis only has stock photos of all the sizes together- in the description is the size we carry, which is the 10mL. Happy to order the larger size but 10mL lasts a decent amount of time :)
