Please do all breakdown as I watch from California and is bringing at least $200k with Me. Farming is my Dream and feeding Poorest from it. Where would you say is best Farm land to buy and operate, thinking of surrounding tribes, and adjacent to what major cities should I look please. I here 1 hour or 2 hours away is good land but maybe to far out and remote. Absolutely love you road building and actual Farm Design planning blueprints. What company created those blue prints in shipping container arrival video please. Jehovah Bless

well donegood work,my only worry is that the could have built ablock and concreate platform first as the foundation then the wooden cacin will be built to rest on the concrete.
now the woodwork is exposed to the soil...since ure not after aperfect cabin thats ok...

I am going to be the nosey one. Can I ask why you chose the option of importing your structure frames in? Not able to fabricate locally or cheaper?
We first looked at the option of fabricating in Ghana ... but the quotes we received were in some cases 5X more than importing. But we will continue to seek out local fabricators as we continue to expand. Thanks J Aryee 🙂

There will be a lot of construction taking place on the farm within the next few weeks so we needed a space from which to work and to store some stuff in. 👌🏽

@@Korewaa-GhBizGirl I repatriated to Ghana in February. I too want am into farming and would like to be able to import equipment, utility truck, ect from the East Asia area. The clearing agent that I worked with was no good.

More was great start, but why wasn’t the timber columns supported on a concrete pad foundation to prevent main structural timber columns getting rotten. With this simple detail , this timber admin office could have become a semi- permanent structure .

Wooden, what about the bush fires and termites.
The wood is treated to prevent mites..wild raging.bush fires is not really a thing here.. but in any case the farm is cleared ... so not likely to be affected by Bush fires 🙂
