Uodate the offense it once again look too simple not very creative against the Bengals Mike beginning back a late 90s early 2000s west coast got exposed against like talent teams this is the NFL aka Not For Long oh and get a real run game coordinator to coordinate that part of the offense and even a pass game coordinator our routes concepts are simple

I think Mike is ok at head coach. I like the way Mike has managed the team and worked around Jerry. I don't like Mike having the offense too. I think he needs to set the overall game plan and then let the coordinator who runs the practice call the game.

Stephen Jones keeps saying that they know how to win games around there and have won games over the years. I agree but over the years when their guys leave or let go, they don't have anyone come in to replace what they've lost. It seems like people are forgetting that we had the #1 offense in the League last year, scoring & yardage wise, it was DQ's ridiculous linebackerLESS defense that was the problem, Big Mike had no run game, one wr, a bad OL, and an injured defense. So I'm cool with giving him another shot.

Honestly I don't mind him as a coach because I see the work he puts in my problem has always been the play calling. Every year you see an improvement and talent with the players that he coaches the issue is the play calling and the execution that generate penalties which cost us games. The players not being serious about their preparation is a problem and thats a culture mindset. When a player can by pass the coach and go yo the owner directly to get his way...🤷🏾♀️. Get enough players who can lead in the locker room and be dogs and it gets better. We see this with Overshown,Lewis, and #50 whose name escapes me right now on the defensive side. Brook Hoffman and Ferguson represents that change on the offensive side. Injuries really just killed this season. Mike Solari/ Todd McGurlie need to go though. Those two are terrible coachs. Also somebody take over clock management from McCarthy those really have been my biggest pet peeves with the team since McCarthy has gotten here. Our Oline has inproved as it wasn't built to run the ball in years we sacrificed power for speed. We're now slowly transitioning back to power football something McCarthy excels at. To bulid a good power team it takes 5yrs something todays NFL doesn't really allow for you have to have a balance of draft/development/ and veteran stock thats continuous and from there it has to be maintained. We came close in 2016 however we lost key important players faster than we could restock and implant them. Front office also started losing the money game by 2017 and we've been messed up ever since. This was a rebuild year from the start free agency and contact negotiations proved that. We didn't call ot a lame duck season for no reason, the injuries just exacerbated the problem.
After the holidays they will go home early in January. Early vacation plans, they will be watching The Superbowl in February again just like years past.

Why would any Player not want him back he never works the Players hard to do their Best he can’t Motivate them he never holds them accountable why when the Players have it easy why would they want a Head Coach that is going to hold them Accountable and work them hard along with being Lousy in the Playoffs he never has this Team really to or himself of his Coaches and his 9th year Starting QB always always plays bad along with the Coaches nothing will change under Mike MCCARTHY he has already instilled his Mentality in the Players No Accountability no Motivation No Teaching the Players to work harder making no Changes and Keeping MCcarthy you will get the same results Failure this Team started going down the Saints Game Major Injuries did not Pile up yet it will be another Disappointing Season Major Changes need to be made as you got a Head Coach that can’t Motivate and and have his Team ready for a Playoff Game and you have 9th Year Starter that the Playoffs he just can’t Handle it you can’t Reward your Head Coach for Failure how many Chances do you give him the Players don’t want a Hard Nosed no Nonsense Head Coach if MCCarthy in a Playoff Game and the other Head Coach is in his First or Second year I will be taking the 2 year Head Coach if he can Motivate his Players and to Believe and work hard I will go with him
