Everyone is a master with all those huge bedrooms lol. The possibilities in the basement are endless with all that space. My only gripe is that the kitchen was cut off from the family room

This home is beautiful, but I can't shake the feeling that the price tag on this home has dramatically increased. Less than 2 1/2 years ago I saw homes like this one in the Atlanta area for sale for around 8 or 900k, but all of a sudden you want 2m!?!?

Very nice home, Great space and property. Some of the design like the kitchen and master needs so modern updates. Also updating the lower level out door patio would be a must. Maybe price at 1.4

Beautiful house I was just hoping for me from the master bathroom
Although the fireplace in the kitchen is nice to have -- the placement with both are off, most of the bathroom counter tops are sub-par, and most of the tile needs to be replaced, don't like the carpets and many need replacement, many of the walk-ins are small especially in master #1, the kitchen panty is too small for such a large house, the stove top is only a 5-burner, and only one sink, a big financial liability and how many people need or can afford 8 bedrooms. Most likely not a house a billionaire would not buy. Lacks outdoor entrainment features like a pool or cabana. Love the windows, hardwood floor, tray ceilings, and spacious rooms

Oh Nice, a home built before the cost cutting homes built today for the same price.... many of the new homes at or around the same price have builder grade materials and framing.....LOIL
That was my first thought also.. an older house better building materials.. I sure do agree with you. Closets were smaller for such a big house.. bathrooms outdated a bit.. but it is a beautiful house..

The process of renting out the rooms in the house is a very simple one you pay all the bills and you pay the rent on the house. Whatever is left over is probably usually for me that's about 15 to $2,000 to left over a month.
The master closet doesn’t qualify this home being 1.799 million they are just too small as well as the bedrooms and they are just builder grade there’s no upgrades in them or the kitchen.

My property is different from this one but the process is pretty much the same. Like the master bedroom 1500 a month. All the other rooms for 1200. But also I haven't seen the house myself so you could definitely charge more depending on what you provide a bad a mini fridge a TV.

Has this property owner ever thought about renting the individual rooms out they could make a lot of money you could charge like 12 to 1400 per month for the master bedroom alone and then like 250 a week for all the other rooms each I'm doing it right now with a property that I have so I know it works
Too bad im only 17 and have no money. This house is honestly perfect beside i would only need to build a basketball court but beside that I would raise my future family there.

I love this house, the tiling is a little odd in the Master Bath and I would need more closet space in the Master. There is no where to hang long coats, evening gowns or to place my shoes or handbags.

Ok 9.3k sq ft…a lot of rooms but several discrepancies for $1.7M. CONS: 1st MB no washer/dryer hook~up either lower level or upstairs, Wire racks for clothing closets and all are too small 🤦🏾♀️, 2nd floor 8th BR extra space for what purpose?🧐. Kitchen too small for huge house not enough cabinets, too much space in between, basement: no finished wood floors, tiles, carpet, long haul to bathroom. Overall; must renovate and ⬇️ $$$$$ if I was to purchase..ijs 😉
A little over 2 years ago this home would have gone for about 7 to 800k.

For $1.7M I expected way better finishes.
13yr old home for $1+ mill. IDK. How about the high $800's to the low $900's. Then again $1 mill even. It's still in good condition. Must have been one owner.
Trust me the price has dramatically leaped up in the last 2 years.
I see alot of wasted space & $$$$$ price tag. Not my space. Love the exterior and yard space. Not much to enjoy.
It must be a thing in GA that you have to wire racks in your closets no matter the asking price

Why do all of these houses regardless of the price all look exactly the same?
I have never seen a house so large equipped with so much builder's grade hardware. Cost-cutting is rampant on this property. Some of the materials appear to be grabbed from a Home Depot reduced price barrel. Perhaps I should not have come directly to this after looking at high end properties in Las Vegas.
For the price that's listed, I couldn't complain much at all. How many homes can you find at this price that has 8 bedrooms each of them are our own suites And at least 5 are masters. Just imagine this house in Los Angeles or a different state other than the South, you probably paying about 3-5+ million

Why price so high with outdated kitchen and bathrooms? You can build a brand new house with the price they are charging. Still a lovely home though.

All other bedrooms had closets bigger than both the master bedroom tho
The wood floors are too shiny. Kitchen and living area needs to be a lot bigger. The bedrooms are nice; however, they need more closet space. Overall, the house has a lot of square footage that is too choppy.
This makes a great air bnb property, but not a family home because there are too many master bedrooms with the same closet space and bathrooms with double sinks. My kids don't need hot tubs and double sinks.
Love the upstairs bedroom sizes. But the master on the 1st is too small, closets are horrible, and bathrooms are dated and ancient! All the carpets needs pulling and replaced with hardwood. The price is WAY TOO HIGH!! But good luck selling if not sold.
I seen this home on another channel the price dropped by 5 hundred thousand and its still not sold I think you have to add to much to it pool's and other outdoor features

The floor plan seems awkward. Lots of wasted space. Seems focused on a beautiful exterior not the flow and function of the rooms.
They could’ve done wayyy bette4 with them measly ass little closets,asking all that money for the house,and get little closets,with those little shelves
The lay our isn't good!! Too many renovations needed to make if function well!!
Only thing about this community is it probably has an HOA if it didn't you just put a modular home in the back and bring in more profit

I just don't like the Iron racks in closet love walk in Closet. Exotic Tubs sit on it own surrounding by Elegant Candle with bowls of botanical oil fit for a Queen. Hate clutter tiny bathroom. I love to smell good 2 hours soak. It's my Comfort zone. A vanity to massage my face and skin. A roomy bathroom that make my mouth drop down into saying Wow.
This house has such poor flow…The kitchen is walled off and needs updating…and while the primary suite is big and beautiful..the carpet has to go and the bathroom needs updating as well…
