So glad to see this uploaded. I violently wrenched my body tonight to avoid falling and my arthritis has been badly exacerbated from my near fall. My joints are super tight, spasming and very sore. Thank you for such a relaxing video as I am quite uncomfortable right now ❤

Oh what amazing timing! It’s 1 am and I’m trying to get some sleep before an 8 am class. Your videos are the best!
I was a college instructor for many years and I felt so bad for my students struggling to stay awake in my 8 AM classes.
I want you to know that getting 10 to 15 minutes of sunshine everyday between 12PM and 2PM can really help with getting a good nights sleep, because you have a tiny gland in your brain called the pineal gland that secretes melatonin based on the amount of light enters your eye, plus you synthesize vitamin D when you get an appropriate amount of sun on your skin, which also helps to regulate hormones which can help you feel less anxious.
I imagine you are getting close to finals, which doesn't help the sleep situation, but know that you can do it!
