Im an Indian.. Every development starts from a small step. India sent its first moon mission in 2008 and hasn't looked back. Hopefully Pakistan government will keep funding SUPARCO for more moon missions in the future. Hopefully independently without any help.
Quite an honest and rational discussion by them. They could have taken the credit and would have easily grabbed the nation's attention by glorifying the achievement but they are sincerely concerned about the poor situation of the space program.

Pakistan had more potential to develop after independence in 1947, but they not focused on development, rather than they were busy in creating political chaos and unstable government, on other hand India was more consistent in their efforts, although they had more problems ,, India launched his first satellite aryabhatt in 1975, by the help of European satellite launch vehicle, but after 5 years they develop their Own SLV , and used it to launch its own communication satellite, after that they developed more powerful launch vehicle like GSLV and used it to launch more ambitious mission like Mangalyaan, chandrayaan 1 and chandrayaan 2, India also holding the world Record of launching Highest number of satellite that is 104 in One Launch, now Chandrayan 4 , and gaganyaan are waiting to make the history🇮🇳🇮🇳
Our first priority should be economic and political stability
