Karan hit the wall while he move forward..and Surbhi stepped back.. while Karan hit the wall, i'm pretty sure it shocked her..and what cause her head hit the wall was also the huge vase place right at the place they stand.. It is very sweet of Karan to console her..what else should he do then.. They share good friendship off screen and great chemistry on screen.

Karan didn't bang her head. She rocked back on impulse and she went too far back hitting her head in the process.
He's a sweetheart though for consoling her. You can hear her crying.
Actually no one did it intentionally, karan's shoulders touched her shoulder n she fell backwards n her head hit the walls.
