- When Deep Purple returned to Australia in April 1999 for their highly successful ABANDON tour, Ian Gillan spent some time relaxing before the tour in Coolum Queensland.
This interview is really an informal chat with Ian who provides some insight into the Australian outback.....and the great distances one must travel!
Ian Gillan - the Great and Unique !!!!😍😍😍😍😍
"Fascinating about Ians "Deep Dive", He sounds Like a very interesting and grounded Guy", spends his time well", His voice and music has been part of my life, since 1975"", still amazes me how original Deep Purple are in 2020, Also enjoying "Ian Paice Drumtribe" videos, he was my inspiration , to plays drums, aged 16,, Ians songs always tell a good tale""
Great interview 👍...

Great to the bone ⭐️
I knew you when I was in a band. Another band group was playing 'Smoke On The Water'. I was moved when I first listened to it. So I feel very nostalgic.Thank you for uploading✨🌷💓🌷✨

DP Forever!!!💜💜💜
Saudades de vocês ,daqui de Belo Horizonte Minas Gerais!
So Ian gillan would say I'm not related to Terry gilliam
He's definitely a better singer than David coverdale (no disrespect to David)Ian influenced so many singers who later on fronted heavy metal bands as a kid I thought he was related to Terry gilliam from monty python but of course Ian's surname doesn't have the letters i and m in the spelling meaning he definitely isn't related to Terry gilliam
