You should add rails under the chest that at the bottom and have a hopper mine cart going back forth picking up the sugar cane from the 4th row and the 3rd and the 2nd row and have the hopper mine cart bring it all to the front chest so you don’t have to keep running to the back and stuff like that

just a note the reason the creeper farm isn't very efficient is because your spawning platform needs to be higher in the air because less creepers are spawning due to distance you standing away from it. great videos though😀

That is around true. The middle gets collected sometimes, but not all the time. It depends on piston delay and hopper placment
