@@RemixN007 he doesn't sound confident. His answer to Dabolls question ended up being wrong...continued to talk about physical traits. And just looked like he's trying to get a job interview, with no experience and a sales pitch. (see nabers)
Thats how good Malik Nabers is, Rome said his versatility was his best attribute 😂 that’s not true at all. Rome will never play in the slot at the next level(and that’s fine); he’s not versatile like Nabers is.
@@Colton2418 tbf it is though and he probably will. The best thing you can do with a guy like Odunze is take advantage of his size by throwing him in the slot against a nickel corner and his ability in contested catches is why he’ll play alot on the outside. But you’re wrong. He’ll see plenty of slot this season with Keenan Allen DJ Moore Cole Kmet and Garrett Everett in the receiving game. Eh, he gave the answer he thought they wanted to hear. I think Jerry Rice mentioned something about Julian Edelman having an 'F U" mentality in regards to getting open. Not saying Rome doesn't have that, but Nabers oozed that. Could be one of the reasons they favored Nabers over Rome. They want dawgs and guys with high non-routine cognitive skills, don't need politicians in football.
I get their mindset going with Nabers because they really don't have much at WR. I think they're taking a swing on upside. Odunze would have been the safer pick but they're not in a position to play it safe. You can see why the Bears favored Odunze because that versatility, lack of diva mentality, etc. is more important when you already have DJ Moore and Keenan Allen. Both are really talented.

All of you all are blowing Odunze for his interview but guess what, he got drafted 9th and not 6th. These GM's and coaches know what the top guys look and act like. Odunze was giving off the impression he didn't want to be a number 1 receiver.
