Wow so happy I found your video. so helpful. I was wearing them upside down and they were hurting my very tiny ears lol. Was going to take them back but not now lol.
Tried both wings and felt the same. I just shove the bottom in my ear canal and they sound louder and better. Doesn't look like the pictures but it works for me that way.
What exactly is the wing tip supposed to do? Is it supposed to have a tight fit deep between the folds of your ear or is it supposed to hang on to the edges of it? Is the big wing tip meant for if you have a big gap between the folds? How much of the buds are supposed to be actually inside your ear and do both of the outer mics need to be visible?
Horizontal w/large wingtip works best for me. Difference between loose and snug fit. Put in and instead of rotate vertical to up and down, rotate horizontal to left and right position.
One thing I just realized after watching your video... I had the wingtips on the buds backwards with the "R" and "L" facing me after installing on the buds. I saw a tiny notch on one side of the application spot today and a corresponding notch on the insude of the wingtips and realized there's only one way they fit onto the buds. When I turned the wingtips around so the "R" and "L" face the buds. WHALLA! Now they fit in my ears. I've been wearing them since they 1st came out and having to catch them as they'd fall out my ears.... Not any more. I don't think you mentioned the wingtips have only one way to apply them with the L or R applied facing the buds.
Initially I also struggled a lot , almost on the verge of throwing them away , as a last attempt I removed those Wing Tips from both the buds and got a perfect fit , no issues !
Ahahah I first wear them on the opposite side (pin on bottom, sound on top) then I tried few hours later on the GOOD side and its way much better in sound and comfort obviously 😂😂
either this guy has massive ears or mine are very tiny. Once I fit them in my ear there's no extra space at all, but he has more than half the space in his ear left.
They are great earphines sound is amazing but unfortunately they are a bit painful as i have very small ears I removed the rubber tip . Using it without rubber tip . It feels more comfortable than before . Would recommend removing them if it feels painful.
@@adamanswers they are quite painful that i have to take breaks .i feel that the area becomes tender . If i keep them for like 5 mins or more i feel it getting sore its unfortunate cause they look and sound great.
This is an update. The reason why I was getting a bad reception on my Samsung 55" Class S95B OLED 4K Smart TV (2022) using the Samsung Galaxy Buds, my Verizon Fios cable boxes and Router were very old. After upgrading to Verizon Fios 4K cable boxes and Router, the reception on this Samsung Galaxy Buds Live is awesome. The sound coming through my 2022 Samsung OLED Smart T.V. to the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live is like being at the movies.
@Lucas X I only tried the first galaxy buds and they were great, both of the sound systems are great, the buds live are a lot less bulky though, they fit nicer in the ear
This 😭 I was wearing them the wrong way and it sounded like shit didn't know what happened. The sound is still quite quiet unless I put the sound up but then my surroundings can hear it 😂
When I twist them down, the right ear has a perfect fit. The left is really good too but starts kinda hurting after a bit. Sounds a lot better than twisting up as well
Can we wear these comfortably while sleeping on one side with ear resting on the pillow? I wanted a pair that was like the amazfit zenbuds or the bose sleepbuds but also played music from the phone along with the ability to play sleep music
I just purchased these earbuds for my Samsung 55" Class S95B OLED 4K Smart TV (2022). I hear distortion from time to time trying to hear the television. Wearing the Ifrogz I ordered off QVC, the sound was much better coming through my television. I know must people wear earbuds connected to their cell phones. However, the reception connected to a Smart 4K Samsung television should be great also.
I play basketball, go to batting cages. practice pitching. Not to mention SKATEBOARDING! they feel like they wanna fall out because they are different. they stay in better that the Buds+ or AirPods
@@chinita505 Me too. Wasted my money. I want to write to Samsung to tell them I won't buy Samsung products anymore. When I told my friend who runs a mobile shop to help buy one, he asked me if I wanted Samsung or Xiaomi. I said of course Korea not China and I don't mind paying more.
You know, I honestly didn't read the instructions on how to insert them. I actually have been rotating them towards the bottom of my ear, such that they rest in the pocket created by my cartilage. They don't move at all like that and the speaker lines up perfectly with my ear canal. I just tried them the way that you described and get a little subtle but noticeable movement. The sound quality doesn't notably change, so I think I'll keep doing it the "wrong" way. ;-)
did you check if you are blocking the mic? its that little dot on the outside. If i twist down, the mic actually gets blocked but if i twist up the mic frees up.
@@MuiKaHo yeah. I just checked and you're right that it does block the mic a little. So for casual music listening, rotated down is okay, but for calls, rotated forward is the way to go
Got it yesterday, and i cannot find the right position.. put it downwards or up just not working, it's still hurt after 3 hours. But i like it soo much, the sound quality is really good. And i use airpods just fine.
I was totally baffled when I first got mine but the Samsung app was helpful in figuring out out. It's easy just the speaker goes into the ear then twist it. If it's your left you twist it clockwise if it's the right you twist it counter clockwise.

This really helped me out your amazing thank you for that lesson 🙂
Thanks Adam. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed- but I just couldn’t figure out how to keep the ear buds from falling out.
Mellanie
Thanks man, now they fit perfectly
Ahahah I first wear them on the opposite side (pin on bottom, sound on top) then I tried few hours later on the GOOD side and its way much better in sound and comfort obviously 😂😂
And i thought I was the only one having this kind of issue. Thanks..
either this guy has massive ears or mine are very tiny. Once I fit them in my ear there's no extra space at all, but he has more than half the space in his ear left.
this guy does have big ears but not like gargantuan 😀
Thank you so much for your video. Without watching your video, I don't know how to deal with my earbuds.
They are great earphines sound is amazing but unfortunately they are a bit painful as i have very small ears
I removed the rubber tip . Using it without rubber tip . It feels more comfortable than before . Would recommend removing them if it feels painful.
How are they painful? Do they stretch your ear or something else?
@@adamanswers they are quite painful that i have to take breaks .i feel that the area becomes tender . If i keep them for like 5 mins or more i feel it getting sore its unfortunate cause they look and sound great.
@@gooner4ever941 I have this same issue. Damn near puts me in tears....
Same here
same here.. i used it for 30 min and the upper area pains my ear
I just got these beautiful wierd looking buds. I was wearing it upside down 🤣
Thanks. It was useful. Just got my buds live and was struggling to put them on 😀
I got mine yesterday and thought the sound quality was bad. Saw this video and was like light bulb moment!
Lol thanks. Didn't notice the wing tip so actually threw the box out as is so had to fish it out to get the larger ones. Thanks for that.
Never throw out your device's box!👍
This is an update. The reason why I was getting a bad reception on my Samsung 55" Class S95B OLED 4K Smart TV (2022) using the Samsung Galaxy Buds, my Verizon Fios cable boxes and Router were very old. After upgrading to Verizon Fios 4K cable boxes and Router, the reception on this Samsung Galaxy Buds Live is awesome. The sound coming through my 2022 Samsung OLED Smart T.V. to the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live is like being at the movies.
You keep on teaching me man! Thank you again !
This was super helpful, thank you!
I been wearing them upside down!!! 😆 🤣
Me too
The smaller wingtip was actually a lot more painful for me than that circular one. I didn't feel a change of security with both
@Lucas X I only tried the first galaxy buds and they were great, both of the sound systems are great, the buds live are a lot less bulky though, they fit nicer in the ear
I was wearing them upside-down 😲 thank you
OMG I was too. Now they don't sound like crap. lol
Sounds a lot better than twisting up as well
Thank you for this because to me it made sense to put the speaker at the top of the ear but you clarified.
Finally figured it out thanks! Wow th sound is amazing
Can we wear these comfortably while sleeping on one side with ear resting on the pillow? I wanted a pair that was like the amazfit zenbuds or the bose sleepbuds but also played music from the phone along with the ability to play sleep music
I have a pair and ye it works good sleeping on Ur side !
Love mine, they are great, comfortable, great sound, you don’t put in and go forward, you go in and down or back.
Correct. This guys a f'ken fool
Thanks, i was confused that i was gonnna refund because it was not fitting but you helped me thanks :D
Great review and showing the difference of wingtips with and without it on. Awesome job
Maaan, this saved me. I was ready to call it a lost of money
Subscribed your channel, because you solved this issue for me :) thanks
I was about to return them thinking wow the sound sucks. . . .and then I watched this video 😐🤦♂️
lol same
Same. A little twist and I've got bass
Same! I was so disappointed with Samsung!
The sound quality doesn't notably change, so I think I'll keep doing it the "wrong" way. ;-)
docaff Same with me. I thought I was wearing them wrong but this way described in the video doesn’t seem right
I agree
did you check if you are blocking the mic? its that little dot on the outside.
Fantastic video. Thank so much. Solved my issues. Keep up the great videos.
Thanks!
The most irritating thing about these is that whenever I put them in my ears, one ear has it slightly less sealed..
Same problem have you found the solution yet?
@@darshannalwayax Not really, but I'm kinda getting used to them.
@@akurvaanyadat ok thnks
@darshannalwayax try putting both with the wingtip into that small area in your ear
I was totally baffled when I first got mine but the Samsung app was helpful in figuring out out. It's easy just the speaker goes into the ear then twist it. If it's your left you twist it clockwise if it's the right you twist it counter clockwise.
Omg your this is what helped me sort everything Thankss
