Thanks for the video. I did a similar thing with the native app of the watch, Tic Exercise, it worked, but, dont send the heart rate data to Strava, i dont know why. Do you know if Ride with GPS send the Heart Rate data to Strava?

HI, thanks for watching. I don't know that. I only have a basic Strava account and do not have a heart rate monitor. I imagine it would track heart rate, it seems to track everything else, but here is a link to the Ride with GPS help desk. Strava tracks everything... rides, walks, runs, I don't think there is any difference in the process.
i think Adam means that bcos Ride with GPS is a cycling app it doesn’t allow you to log a run on there, so runners would need a different app for their smartwatch to connect to strava
So you need to stop the ride/run on the phone? You can’t finish it on the watch? My aim is to run/ride phone free.

You will not belive it. I also have an Ticwatch pro 3. I was so glad i find you're video because I have the same issue. But i can't find the Ride with GPS on my smartwatch either..... I recently switcht from Oneplus to IPhone. Sinds then my Watch doesn't work properly ;'(
Hi Nathan. I have Ticwatch Ultra and decided to try out the Pro again and downloaded RWGPS 3 days ago .
I do know the TWatch works with Apple, but not as seamlessly as Android. Good luck.
