For those who have eye issues, I've had excellent luck with castor oil drops - 1 or 2 prior to bedtime for 2-3 months gradually helps with many issues - there is a lot of info out there for you to review. My suggestion is to use an old pillowcase because the drops might stain, Also, even if you only have an issue with one eye, put the drops in both eyes because castor oil tends to make lashes (and other hair) grow and IMHO it looks best to have lashes the same.
Iodine deficiency is a real thing and a very pervasive problem in the US... this interview with Dr. David Brownstein mentions a study that concluded that 97% of us here in the US are iodine deficient.... he also explains all the issues this causes us health-wise - thyroid issues, which you're dealing with are why I'm writing this note. ua-cam.com/video/EHT4nQ2wgkA/v-deo.html
I get motion sickness sometimes. I can't read or play a video game when moving in a car, but I can on a train or plane. I listen to music and admire the scenery. Maybe you could listen to audio books. I can read faster than a person can read aloud so I prefer to read the books. My Kindle Paperwhite Signature stopped working. My last one stopped working after 6 months. My first one lasted forever but didn't have space for my ever-growing digital library. It seems the quality of them has gone. I have 19,666 Kindle books. I gain at least a thousand books per year due to stock your device events and daily freebies. I will try the Boox Page and Boox Poke5 when I have an income again. I haven't had an income since July 17, 2023. If they don't work I will return to paper books. First I need a place for the three of us and a bookshelf.
