- This delicious, easy to make chocolate lava cake will melt in your mouth!
The cake takes minutes and guaranteed to be a hit with whoever you make it for.
You can get the mix ready and cook it for your guests while they wait.
You will have to adjust the time they cook for depending on the dish/ramekin you are using.
Recipe ingredients
Unsalted butter to rub inside your ramekins
2 tbsp cocoa powder
120 grams unsalted butter
125 grams dark chocolate
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
125grams caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
35 g plain flour
Clotted cream or creme fraiche
Cook at 190 oc for 12-15 minutes depending on dish size
