SLEPT IN THE WILD AND WE LOVED IT UNTIL... | ACCRA GHANA

So we have travelled to Ghana from UK to stay in the Jungle Forest of Ghana and it wasnt what we thought. Situated not too far from Accra, Shai Hills reserve is a forest nature park where you can camp in a tent overnight and also witness Ghana's wildlife at the same time learning about the Krobo/Shai people who inhabited this peace of land some many years ago. A must visit for the diaspora, visitors and Ghanians alike.

*Shai hills is about the SE or Shai people* not Krobo people.
*Ga-Adagme Ethnic group* consists of the
Ga people
Shai/Se people
Krobo people
Ningo people
Ada people
Osudoku people.
They are all one people but with little differences just as the *Twi people*
Akyeam
Akwapim
Asante
Bono
Fante people. They all speak Twi but their Twi are district from each other likewise the Ga-Adangme's

The drive to the tent when you arrive at the reserve was even worst than the 3 hours traffic we were stuck in but once you reach, it is more than worth it

There’s 3 tents for the public. And a fourth small tent which the rangers sleep in.
