    28:30 I wish this was talked about more. This idea about trusting your gut and follow your intuition has gotten a little overblown in my opinion. In reality, we have no idea most of the time if it’s our anxiety talking or our “intuitive gut.”

    That made me laugh - your assistant wondering if pushing back the date of recording would mean the topic of anxiety would no longer be relevant. I work as a healer/complementary health therapist. Can confirm, anxiety still alive and kicking in Oct/Nov 2023. Love the concept of Scheduling Worry Time. ❤
