Yep the scam is alive and well, beware things that seem too good to be true. "For sale" near Beckley WV right now and only $700 less than the published asking price of $4700!

April, the ad on Craigslist is a scam!!! Do not send any money to them!!! There are scams on Craigslist with a person claiming to be Daniel Powell but its not. Report the fake ad to Craigslist so they can delete scammers account! Plus, do not reply or open any emails from that person! Brian
