Whether you have a website for your online business, or your website IS your business, today’s video is going to help you make sense of what you must do legally to protect your website and keep your online business running smoothly.
Today we are talking about why you need a privacy policy for your website, privacy policies in general, how to create disclaimer page, terms and conditions, terms of sale and legal disclaimers. We are going to break down what all of these legal documents are, why they are important, and why you must have them on your website.

I already have all of these in place and what's great is that the only people that complain about my policies are people that are crooks that are looking to rip me off 👍
Exactly the content I need! Thank you!
Great advice! Thank you!
Great video! Thank you!
I love this video! Thank you!!! I'm from Mexico
Thanks for the info and very helpful...
Hello, great videos. I’ve opened one through your link, I hope you get a little something. In one of your videos you were talking about segregating the business bank account into categories, and you said you’d get more in depth into it in another video. If you could make that video, it would be great. Thank you for all the content you put on here for us to see.
Thank you!😊
Hello from Southern California 🌴😎🌅 ...thank you for the info!!
Fantastic presentation. Thank you so much!
You're very welcome!
Super helpful
Thanks for this! Is your business toolkit no longer available?
Can you please make a video on your opinion of online privacy policy generators, particularly Termageddon? What are the pros and cons? What would you advise? What are they missing? I would deeply, deeply appreciate it!
Thank you for all your helpful videos!!!
👍
What if someone from another country steal your idea and created in his country?
😊
Are you from cincinnati ohio ?
I am from Namibia
Do you need a privacy policy for anything you sell online or for a specific business ?
Not sure if you got your answer but I heard that you need a privacy policy if you are collecting peoples personal information on your website, even if its just a name and phone number, and that the Privacy policy link is best displayed in the footer of EVERY page on your website. I'm not a lawyer, this is for information purposes only. Here is where I heard this info. (Another good video.)
