Using Gunichi Mikawa in your Shima ? Many of the new skills are seems like to hard to activate in current gameplay habitate... and requires amount of captain points is just ridiculously high. What are you think captain
Thanks for adding this info and yes Somers with HC has better surface detection than Shimakaze. And funny that with this detection, Somer doesn't have the best concealment. Tier 9 Jäger has 5.76 km, she is the championship as far as I remember

Somers with historical camo and detection mod, has a detection range of 5.30 from memory.
