This is a highly technical job alright a lot of planning and organising and disaplin the logistics are mind boggling ,the cost must have been enormous ,old jimmy Australia
@@markmark2080 Yes, quite a logistical challenge. I was only involved in extending the 600Km rail line to accommodate 1.5 km long coal trains. However all this is dwarfed by the iron ore exports from the west coast of Aus.
The dredged channels are barely 20m deep as was pointed out. That does not really account as saturation diving. So what the divers probably mostly need for their safety are Shark Cages. Right?🤔
@@davefroman4700 id love you to explain the above comment in more detail, why do i sense that you hate capitalism and how is that relevant to the documentary, without capitalism you would not be able to own anything, you would have no wealth and never be able to have any financial gain with which to better your lifestyle and circumstances, looking forward to having you help me see the problem through your eyes
Civil engineering and project management is such an awesome career ... :-\
I agree 👍 💯
Magnificent work ❤

I felt that the size of the Quay blocks is smaller than what I had seen in other projects.
Please release mufasa at earliest.
Interesting video 😊👍
BIG PROJECTS VERY GOOD SITE BEAUTIFULL
Very interesting and educational...100 million tons annually, think 1000 ships @ 100,000 ton load each, that's a lot of material handling...
Equivalent to the amount of coal exported from the port of Newcastle on the east Coast of Australia
@@gezglobal1117 Thanks, I looked it up on Google Earth, amazing piles of coal waiting to be loaded onto ships...and infrastructure.

Just one feedback comment. I think the music is too loud when the person is talking.
YES Its Sad Noise Over The Man Talking

The music is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. This is a factual film, not a music video.
I agree. That's why this channel has no subscribers.

i want to design linear and conceptual design.
Why they load raw materials into boats this way , why they can not use conveyor belt they are wasting a lot of time and money
ليش مانع التنزيل يا صاحب الفيديو
Mammoth work involved.
Yeah imagine if man put as much efforts into solving real problems instead of just building stuff so capitalists could profit off of problems
