@Hona Hona I think he was sending his greetings as a Christian, maybe even an Orthodox Christian, who now lives in London. If you look at his page, he has religious videos and one of his own with a dove. So he probably meant greetings from himself as an Albanian person and his family or other Albanian Christians there. English isn't his first language so he might have meant a message like: (Greetings) From Albanian (Christian) people in London.
