What is the longest you have soaked your fruit in booze for? I have a jar of fruit that was going to be used for Jamaican Black Cake and I totally forgot about it. Now it is over three (3) years later...

The fruit wont turn colours? Like.dark brown?
Not in my experience. Maybe if it sits for more than a week or so. But being in liquid keeps the fruit from being exposed to air.

blacbeuti oh for sure. Pretty much all fruit work. Mangos are good. Just cut them into big squares.
