  • Howdy! I am Christi from Little Salty Homesteader, and in this video, I am starting the very first seeds for my North Texas fall vegetable garden, plus some flowers for beauty and pollinators. Today, I’m starting some Brussels Sprouts, petunias and direct sowing some sunflowers.

    You guys down there had a crazy year for Rollie Pollies, we got it with earwigs and cicadas. I always pick up toads hopping in the yard and move them to the garden.

      @@OneMound1 yeah the amount of Roley polies this year was insane! I have never seen so many. We have so many frogs and toads this year, too, and I love it. I probably had a good 15 of them in my greenhouse a couple of weeks ago.
