Creo que lo más más conveniente que tienes que hacer es RESETEAR el aparato y te dejo un link de un video de un modelo al tuyo muy parecido para que lo agas con el tuyo :

Hola tengo modelo 5.1 Sony Str-k680 los parlantes traseros, se escuchan casi son sonido los tapan los de adelante, toque de todo cambie cables, conecte todo correctamente pero no suenan correctamente los demás si pero esos dos no que puede ser?
¿Probaste el Multi Estéreo?
me sucede lo mismo y son surround los dos pero si es muy poco
