So, a bit more context for any viewers.
I got the SMC9 from Bespoke last month.
I absolutely love the aesthetic, I absolutely love the snappiness of the non-reciprocating bolt, I love the sights.
The trigger is ABYSMAL. The GTP-9 trigger has so much side to side movement, I had to message Bespoke to check that this was the norm with the pistol and not just some freak exception. It really should not be able to move the 5mm each side but it does. So I'm seating in some shims around that trigger to try and make it less flimsy.
My one on Airsoft Surgeon green gas comes in at around 340fps on 0.2g BBs but the velocity in joules goes from 1.14J on 0.2g to 1.3J on 0.28g which is then over what most sites allow you to use. Anything above that will then make the platform shoot too hot for legal limits so make sure you're checking your velocity on each BB weight, not just 0.2s.
The rate of fire on full auto is VERY ADDICTIVE! It's a very fast shooting platform which is incredibly fun and although I mentioned issues with the trigger, it's still an enjoyable shooting experience.
I added a Fortis grip to mine at the front, it makes a massive difference like James said and I added a T1 sight and a dummy PEQ for a bit more weight on the front. It takes some time to get used to the mag release and bolt release as you have to break your stance in order to reach them. No quick changes here.
Haven't found magazines since getting them but it's a lot of fun to shoot at home.

Hi James. Very great review. Btw, on 7:31, do you need to do something to make the mag follower locked in the bottom? My mag can not do that. I am curious what is wrong with it. Thx
Extra Mile I thought the same with my mag, but its just really inconsistent and you need to pull the follower down from the top with your finger nail

The more I get into airsoft the more I realize the UK is wildy bureaucratic and doesn’t value freedom.
I will not recommend this gun the one I got had so many issues with all the mags not feeding properly and I was never able to full auto this
