Hey Kaleb. 😊1st home nice front elevation. Don’t like to see full blown kitchen on entry but looks like a nice one. You know my pet peeve. 3 beds to 1 bath. Nice backsplash nice kitchen & open concept. I love a door to the backyard VS a slider. Small but nice primary en-suite. Covered lanai. Hopefully can Add a pool. 2nd townhome. Basic elevation. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Like you don’t see the whole kitchen. Open concept but no real designated dining area. Ooh. A loft area. Ok size guest bedrooms & bath. Laundry room needs some shelving or cabinets. Primary ok but closet & en-suite small. What. Hour 15 wait for a bakery? Must be delicious. Glad it was worth the wait. The carrot cake is calling me. 3rd home elevation is outstanding. Let’s see the layout. Well. Front room living & dining. Bathroom you said is new but dated. Like standing shower in second bath. See the wall needed in kitchen for cabinets. Appreciate the sink in the laundry 🧺. Nice size primary. Like the alcove by the window. En-suite nice but dated. Covered lanai and enclosed pool. Nice backyard. This my fav of the 3. Thanks for sharing.

I find it a weird USA design that you come straight from the front door into the lounge? There should be a hallway first. Also, the kitchens are very old-fashioned compared to Europe.
Gideon's is always busy. Been in orlando for the past 20 days and every time we went to Disney springs the line was wrapping round the corner. Over an hours wait.
They have a Virtual Queue when the line gets too long. That way, they take your phone number and name and will text you once it's your turn to buy. But yes, they are so famous and good that the wait could take over 1 hour. You can go do something else, enjoy Disney's Springs, and come back when they text you.

We paid $47 for 4 cookies and 2 pieces of cake, approximately $6 per cookie and $10-11 per cake slice. It's pretty good for the quality, size, and great taste. They are pretty big each.

My daughter has a 560 credit score can she buy a house like this.. just asking about the first house you featured 😢
The lowest for FHA is 580 with 3.5% down and the lowest for Conventional is 620. So she will have to work to bring it up at least to 580 but the interest rate might be a little higher than the usual with a lower score.
These homebuilders of new homes are so cheap they have a high price of $475,000 for a house that has the tiniest amount of closet space and they put in one small window in the bedrooms I mean come on. That's why I hate new homes they're so cheaply made and boring.

The price show was $474,000.00 but, you said $489,000.00. What is the real price?
Yes, it was $489,000 when I recorded the video but they brought it down to $474,000 a few days after, by the time I was ready to upload it I had to include the reduced price.
Lol. Military family and I fix appliances. I have seen thousands of homes in many states. Home 1 is almost 500k just to be near Disney. As a main home, straight garbage. As a vacation spot? Meh. Kinda pricey and common spaces is too small.
Those houses are so over priced specially being in Florida lol not to mention property tax, you have to pay that much for property tax and hope that your house doesn’t sink into a sinkhole first. Not to mention insurance companies don’t even want to ensure your house because of all the hurricanes that you guys get. 🤦🏼♀️
People actually pay to go to Disneyworld? Why?
