Two thing I noticed in the video: 1) As Zipp enters the police station she looks both ways, probably to look for Hitch or to see if there is anyone else besides him. 2) Zipp knows what Hitch's favorite things are, so there's a chance they've hung out together before.
Really good catches their mate, the first one implies she was making sure they were alone for some private time between the two of them and the second implies she and Hitch have already become pretty close at this point.

So I’ve seen a lot of debate between fans about which mare is the best romantic match for Hitch, and the three main contenders seem to be Sunny, Zipp and Pipp. Me personally, my G5 ships are Sunny X Izzy, Zipp X Hitch and Pipp X Misty, so I love scenes like the ones in this video, but here’s something I noticed. Between the Make Your Mark special, this episode and the Easter Tell Your Tale episode the implication seems to be that Zipp has made a habit of stopping by the Sheriff station to hang out with out with Hitch, which would explain something other that other fans pointed out about this episode, that Zipp is able to glance at the board and identify that all the pictures are of Hitch’s favourite things. Zipp and Hitch haven’t known each other very long, but if they’re hanging out a lot (which they seem to be) then they would know each other well. Yet looking at the board one of the pictures is of Sunny. And rewatching it I spotted that another picture is of Posey. 1. Is anyone else creeped out by the fact that Hitch apparently had pictures of Sunny and Posey lying around that he could pin to the board 2. Hitch has clearly grown fond of Zipp since he’s fine with her visiting him at the station a lot, yet Sunny and Posey are on the board, and Zipp somehow isn’t? Just something I noticed.

Looks like it, I don’t know exactly what it is about this ship, but there is just something about the idea of these two getting together that is so dam appealing and enjoyable to watch.
