I have experienced this also. Just after I'm done making improvements. 😮 I have liitle to negative gain. Then i have to go buy new one . 😂. . But i have never gone wrong with a muffler mod. Except, when the welder blows through the old tin exhaust metal & makes your port way to big.
Much closer than I expected. Ridiculous how choked up so many modern saws are! Guess if that's what it takes to keep new 2t engines on the market, I'll accept it🤷🏻♂️
Yessir! Some folks may think I am great or that I don't know what I'm talking about...doesn't matter, because I'm about the only guy out there actually showing results. All the loud pipes and bragadocious claims mean nothing unless you put it up against a known measuring stick. I just finished porting this saw and am happy with the results, but the next one will be better.
@@novicelumberjack Quite a few guys show comparisons but very few of the "loud and proud" big ones ones do for some reason. They sell on either enthusiasm, freak show, or just happy BS folks like to listen to mixed with information. A reality show. lol But you learning the art of saw real time, re inventing the wheel real time for all to see is good stuff.
They must me awful choked up. Runs great
I used to have one of these. They really are great saws for the price! I'd definitely buy one over the home/ranch Stihls.
Id buy one over a home / ranch Stihl, Husqvarna and Jonsered.

Is that a hard wood or soft wood muffler mod? Asking for a friend
Now that's just funny right there.😄😄😄

Lol
Good one!!!
😂😂
Saws sound faster with a muffler mod. They also sound faster with a raised exhaust.
Exactly. So dose pretty much everything else. Motorcycles, quads ect. We perceive louder as faster and more powerful, but its not always the case.

Get a kick out of these. So much crap hyped online on supposed two stroke theory & saw mods, to see simply real is refreshing.
