Mushroom Biriyani prepared by Chef Sunder in Tamil | Recipecheckr [ENG SUB]

Hello, How are you?
Most of you people are asking non-veg biriyani like mutton or chicken biriyani In vegetarian, by using meal maker we can do like a non-veg. Meal maker is nothing but soya and it is equivalent to that for compensating a biryani in vegetarian it is nothing but a Mushroom Biriyani. By using Mushroom, we can see the simplified preparation by using home-available ingredients.
Mushroom Biriyani is such a simple process and it is explained in Tamil.
Here are the Ingredients for Mushroom Biriyani
Basmati rice 1/2 kg
Refined oil 150 ml
Cinamon stick 2 stick
Cloves 8 no
Cardamom 6 nos
Bay leaf 4 nos
Onion 2 big
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Deghi chili powder 1 tbs
Mushroom 1 packet
Tomato 2 nos
Curd 100 gm
Mint 1/2 bunch
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Ghee 4 Tsp
green chili 3 nos
lemon wedges optional
