Beautiful crafting and scenery Anne...looks refreshing! ❤B
Very refreshing indeed, my friend! And by Saturday morning, I swear I saw some rainbows popping out of the waterfalls!! 🌈❤️
Love this it is beautiful.
Thank you! 😊
Love it all!
Thanks so much, Jessica - I appreciate your watching!
Oh my gosh I have my portable craft box for projects I'm working on too. I bring it camping or to work on at a show.
What a wonderful idea to capture images to put in your journal from your camping trip.
Thank you for another great video. 🤗🌹
Thanks, Lynda! Yes, it's so helpful to have our grab-and-go box so we never have to be without our supplies! And I like being resourceful with what we can find on hand. Happy camping to you, too!
Wow! Such a great idea for camp and just in time too! I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster in the BSA for my daughters girls troop and we are leaving for a week long summer camp on the 16th! This is a great idea to take along some supplies and a great list of things you have there so i know I won't take too much!! Thanks Anne!!!🥰
That is awesome! Thank you for all you're doing for these girls! Yes, it's surprising how little you can get by with. Most useful for me during our week away were the watercolors, of course, then the glue stick - but also the thrift-store blank journal with the lined pages. It was so nice to have plenty of blank paper for journaling space and neatly kept in the book until I was ready to tear it out. I used it for quite a few projects I did off-camera. Have a super trip, and thanks for watching!
Thanks for the nature walk at the end as well as the crafting. Enjoy your time camping. You certainly chose a fantastic area to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. ❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed the glimpses of camp! We really do enjoy getting out and being immersed in the beauty here. I appreciate your watching!
My niece and husband moved to Washington a year ago. She hikes the state parks often and the pictures she shares are breathtaking. Thanks for sharing scenes of the park at the end!
Thanks, Donita! Yes, Washington also has stunning state parks, and we have enjoyed many of them, too. Thanks so much for watching!
8:05 I would have thought that was poison ivy. The print came out great!
Oh, I'm sorry if that plant search was startling! Being longtime campers, we have become quite skilled at spotting the dreaded poison ivy and poison oak, which unfortunately is prevalent in some places...but not here! Thanks for watching!
Wish I could add a picture. We just got back from a camping trip and I always craft while camping while my husband does his bike trails. Love this !!!
Oh, Trudy, that's so great! I hope you had a super time both camping and crafting, as we did! Take care, and thanks for watching!
Great idea! I hope you had a great time and love the leaves! Everything is so green💚
Thanks, Joanne! Yes, we had a super time, even on chilly and damp days - the weather changes quickly here, as it does in many places, so we always had plenty of opportunities to get out and hike - and we never mind the rain. Thanks for watching!
Your choice of craft supplies to take is helpful. Thanks. Great video from camp. ❤❤❤
Ann, I'm so glad this was helpful! I realized later that I really could have cut down my take-along supplies even more. I only used two of my three glues, and there was no real need to take the circle punch or the date stamp!
Very fun craft for camping. I'll try with grandkids. A running brook is so wonderfully relaxing. Tfs anne😊❤
Thanks, Suzy! Yes, I bet your kiddos would love this technique. I'll try it next time my Barney is over, too. Crafting with the grandchildren is such a special experience!
Hi Anne! We are in the autumn season, so there are too many fallen leaves in my neighborhood. They will be useful for this kind of work. TFS this idea and above all for showing us this beautiful place. Love your botanical print.🩷🩷🍀🍀🍂🍂
So nice of you, Marcia, thank you! Happy crafting to you!
Well now I have to take my watercolours to camp. Ps. Your gonna love that little sparkly watercolour set. Stunning colours. Thanks for sharing
Oh, Kym, thanks for getting me even more excited about my shimmery watercolors! I did dip into them a tiny bit while at camp but I want to improve my techniques more so I can learn to blend, etc. But I know I'm going to enjoy them, and thank you SO much for watching!
Beautiful spot to camp! I’m going to try this here at home … my ferns are at a perfect point for this now. TFS
Have fun, CeCe! I love ferns, and we saw so many along the trails just unfurling - that "fiddlehead" stage is so primordial and interesting! Thanks for watching!
I loved it. Thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you, Kathy! I hope you have fun doing this, too!
What a beautiful location. Are you in Oregon? We are always looking for new spots to camp. We live in Reno, Nevada, so the west coast is very close. Your paper turned out beautiful!
Hi, Diedre! Yes, we were camping at Silver Falls State Park, known as the crown jewel of the Oregon state parks system. We hadn't been in there since before the pandemic, and it was so nice to get back. So glad you enjoyed the scenes! Thanks for watching!
So funny, as you were harvesting the foliage I recognized it. The berry leaves look like the salmon berry leaves that are so prevalent there. Silver creek falls is one of my favorite all time parks. Love the seven mile hike too!
Please o😊😊
