As a nail technician, we really value our time and when a client decided to book an appointment, but do not show up or even call to let the nail technician know in advance can be very disappointing. This is the reason why a lot of private nail technicians are taking appointment deposit.

Sometimes un forseen things happen. This happened to me.. I was in an accident, I called him to let him know as soon as I was able too. He of course wanted to make sure I was ok, he didn't care abt the no call no show.

It is rude to not show to an appointment or not call. However, it sometimes cannot be helped until later depending on the situation. If this is an on going thing, that client will now become former client. There should also be an amount of time to wait.
