Chamomile Tea - Harvesting Chamomile
Harvesting my chamomile plant. Dehydrating the flowers and storing them in an air tight container. 1 Tbsp is good for an 8oz cup of tea. Or add more to make your tea stronger.

On parchment paper, lay all your flowers in a single layer. In an oven at 150 degree you can dehydrate your chamomile for about 2 hours.
