April 19, 2024. Happy 20th anniversary to Miguzi.
kyler has gotta be the luckiest kid alive
I remember Miguzi back in day. I was in 2nd-5th grade when it aired and it was when my Naruto fandom was really growing. I also remember Cody Lokyo airing on there and Xialion Showdown for aired on the block very briefly. I mostly watched Miguzi in 2006-07 but seen clips of it in 04 and 05.
1 month later, but Miguzi was never crossed on my mind to the point where it’s short lived.
Ok in response to 1:49 in the Miguzi video, I think it only aired episodes of Naruto that doesn’t have blood or mild violence.
one piece was also on miguzi as well as Zatch bell
*TRIVIA #1:* Prior to creation and launch of Miguzi on Cartoon Network in 2004, Jessica DiCicco (the voice of Miguzi's host, Erin) was a regular promo announcer for competitor Nickelodeon's educational channel Noggin beginning from its 1999 launch. When Noggin was repurposed to airing preschool content for 12 hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with the renaming 12 hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM being taken over by The N) on April Fools' Day 2002, DiCicco became the official voice of Noggin's Feetface. After Feetface was replaced by Moose and Zee on April 7, 2003, DiCicco returned to being a regular promo announcer for the Noggin channel, continuing her career into Noggin's transition to a 24/7 preschool channel on New Year's Eve 2007, until the network was re-branded as the Nick Jr. Channel on September 28, 2009. Since then, and as of 2023, DiCicco continues her career to this day as a promo announcer for the Nick Jr. Channel. She also announces the promos for the Noggin app since its launch in 2015.
*TRIVIA #2:* In Summer 2006 (just a little less than a year before the block was discontinued), Miguzi would be given a complete rebrand. This rebrand ditched the CGI animated bumpers in favor of more simplistic 2D animated bumpers, in addition to fully eliminating Erin from the block.
*TRIVIA #3:* A stone sculpted like Erin would end up making a cameo in the OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes episode "Crossover Nexus", which aired on October 8, 2018.
NOTE: I may edit this comment in the future to make things more clear.
I remember Miguzi. It was a cool block.
It be cool if these characters made a comeo or something
Actually, in 2018, a stone sculpted like Erin made a cameo in the _OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes_ episode "Crossover Nexus".
Maybe on a Toonami TIE or something like that.
(Also related to CN) Honestly, if you have the chance, you could review Cartoon Network itself some day. (It's fine if you won't though)
Codename kids next door is the best
Nice more please
Underrated block like tickle u

Dude I think you miss one thing that I think you miss one thing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and totally Spies was also airing and there as well and I don't know why but some of the shows were also are as well now I don't know why Totally Spies and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but oh well but if you didn't notice in 2005 Teen Titans move to Toonami and the rest was a history so yeah just want to let you know you forgot one thing
Another thing missed was that in Summer 2006, the block was given a complete rebrand, featuring simplistic 2D animation and eliminating Erin from the block.
THANKS
I sorta remember this.
Nice❤
because Toonami became a saturday night block, Toonami replaced with Saturday video entertainment system, whic was a block that airs action cartoons like toonami, as for miguzi i haven't watched it cause i was into noggin and nick jr. so, like you Erick, I never watched miguzi.
Also miguzi was replaced by a new interactive block called Master control in 2007 the same year TOM 4 was introduced.

how come there’s always Mexican music in the background of your videos? no hate, just a question since I’ve been watching your videos for a long time
Well, in this case, the music wasn't Mexican, but Jamaican.
