I like how you turned the algorithm idea into a great insight! Life really serves you more of what you focus on, to the point that we’re not really living in the same world. Everyone is just living in their own world, but we can shift to a world of our choice by deciding what to give our attention to. In the movie Solaris, the "ocean" reacts to the people near it by manifesting physical forms based on their subconscious thoughts and emotions. It’s a lot like how life seems to communicate with you, reflecting more of what’s buried in your mind.
This was a thought provoking episode...I love the analogy of life being an algo-rhythm and what we focus on continues to show up as if by chance...but it is really showing up because we are focused on it...and the crazy thing is that when you focus on things you want to avoid..those things will show up in your algo-rhythm because you focused on them... I am trying to think positive and expect positive outcomes lately but it seems to be a mized bag of what I can make myself focus on...I need practice I guess...
@bucstime1270 Just being aware of the mechanism is helpful. I wish my default was happy thoughts, and positivity. People preach gratitude but it actually helps change our focus. I used to practice gratitude with my morning coffee - its like instead of autopilot, your brain is now focusing on the good, pretty cool once in motion.
Hello again! I wish you a happy new year and everything you want. There isn't such a thing as addictive personality. All addictions, painful emotions, and personality disorders are due to complex trauma. You shouldn't try to find ways to navigate through trauma points of view, but heal your traumas to see the world differently. I will send you a more detailed message soon.
@andreasretsinas2142 happy new year! 🎉 Open to healing, but also open to accepting myself fully now and loving all the quirks. It's a balance. I know what you are saying tho ❤️
Long story short , People consume to much thing social media music the things people said to us . There is a law energy can not disappear so we give energy which is focus then lets think there is a goal we give %10 of attention to goal and somebody came and give %90 of his energy and took it. What soical media do to us is find where is our focus and how long we use it but problem is we give it to it and there is no return if we could take much higher than we give it would be flawless.
I'm satisfied with baby steps for now. It takes me a long time to learn things. Any little progress is a win.

@tariqdajour haven't seen that movie but now am curious!
@@IlluminateYourPower There seem to have been several remakes of the movie, which itself is based on a novel. The one I saw is from 2002.

@emreamgül-p5t you make a good point, it takes more than it gives and we willingly keep giving.
@funny Thing is we could apply this rule for everything like business . It is basically core of capitalism💰
