это же токарист-ЧПУист!!!вы только полюбуйтесь как он может нарезать неполную резьбу да так лихо,да ещё двумя резцами за раз(не попал в шаг)!!!ЧПУ нервно курит в сторонке глядя на всё происходящее)))
Резьба фееричная канечно - хоть щас отправляй в парижскую палату мер и весов как эталон !
а что одним резцом слабо , нарезать резьбу??

Its pointless..He does not know what he is doing.Maybe if your not a machinist you may be impressed. Then he puts a turning tool in a round tool holder...and THEN he doesn't set the radius on it... Duh!

I'm all for people playing around making chips to learn what works and what doesn't... but why post video after video of such poor work while passing it off as the best thing since sliced bread? I just don't get it. Anyone watching this to learn about machining, please don't. Dull tooling, random speeds and feeds, dangerous practices, etc. This is not machining, it's just screwing around and building bad habits.
Oh, and it should go without saying, those threads are pointless; the tools aren't even tracking the same path (and why use two tools...) and entering/exiting the cut in random locations just produces a thread-like-object, not a useable thread.
I won't watch any more of your videos, and you really shouldn't be proporting having any skill or knowledge of machining with these "secrets" and "techniques". Gives a horrible example to people who may not know better.
