Nah, the actual cheese is to get vanwrym(or a any fire type flying mount). Mine(LVL42) had fireball, flare arrow, and flare storm. Get its aggro and the ledge he jumped off of in the first place. You fly up there and spam your fire moves at it and hope for burn, takes a while but he wont attack back
this boss, the twins and the bosses in the tower with the garchomp looking pal all focus on the player really hard. the rocket launcher can stun frostallion but it does next to no damage. the same go for the twins you need to fight them 1 on 1.
