NEVER EVER in my life have i seen anyone throw a tigher spiral than Mike Vick.. It was a goddamn lazer
Temple Slug beautiful throwing motion
Temple Slug agree
As i read this i looked up at 1:24 lol
Best arm by far
Ludacris saved hip hop and rap
Runs a 4.3, flicks it left-handed even faster. Probably the most athletic specimen to ever play the game. Absolutely absurd, so proud he played for VT.
Imagine him in a spread offense in today’s league.
Vick is the greatest running QB ever period
@@mikejay328 stfu
You spelled Frazier wrong
Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray both passed Vick in college. Both will pass him in the NFL too.
AeonianCrimson if he wasn’t an idiot he could of had a career
@@OnlyOneSoonerNation1 What are you talking about? How did either one of them pass Vick in College? Mind you Vick only played two years at VT.
Dude was the greatest running back of all time who could also fling the ball 70 yds on a dime...my favorite player of all time for sure
@@hrs1414 ha. Not on a dime, but he could throw it a mile.
When Atlanta traded to get that 1 pick, my heart expanded.
Still my favorite Falcon, always will be.
No, he’s not the best Falcon ever, nor does he compare to Ryan as a passer.
But boy, that dude gave me Sunday’s that no other NFL fan got to watch consistently.
He had days, nobody had ever had. He gave me Sundays I will never forget.
Yes, he was inconsistent, yes he had personal problems.
You will never make me forget that Sunday in Denver, that OT in Minnesota, that playoff game in GB, that running clinic A-town put on St Louis in the playoffs.
There are just so many where he left me in awe. He can’t be replaced.
Sundays
@Darren Weeden Ryan has passed Vick in all stats except run yards. Plus Vick never took the game serious. It was just a joke to him. He was to busy setting up bets on the fights when he should have been studying the play book. Fact is Vick was a one trick pony!!! The team was built around what Vick could do, and in 3 years he was figured out. Had he ever truly learned to pass he could have been great, but he didn't so he's just barely above Good.
@@1619-k8n 😂😂😂GTFOH😂😂😂
@@1619-k8n I needed that😂😂
@@1619-k8n yeah, well where's the super bowl titles then😂😂. You telling me about a quarter Back I watched the entire time he was in Atlanta!!! I saw a guy that had no touch to his passes. If he wasn't overthrowing his receives, he was under throwing them. We brought in countless guys( don't forget Peerless Price) to catch, and yet he never learned how to actually put a touch on the ball. Other than the Green Bay game, he never showed up in the playoffs. He changed what on defenses??? Tampa figured out how to stop him, then the league figured it out. He was too short to see over the O-line so he was always scrambling. He never trusted his line so he was always scrambling. I watched every play of his Atlanta career ( some games I was in attendance) he never developed in to what he could have been because the tools needed weren't there. Some guys are just better suited for college ball, and he was one of them. Had he been 6,2" and could actually throw, then he'd of been a far better QB. Shit his brother had a better arm, I watched Marcus tear up the conference after he left. He had somewhat of a touch on the ball. Fact is Vick was always a run first QB, and that's the Bottom line.
Michael Vick was the best dual threat quarterback of all time!!! I love Michael Vick, he's the man!!! Go hokies!!! I love Virginia Tech!!!
Certainly one of the greatest College QB ever in term of pure talent.
One of Greatest, most exciting players Ever! Loved watching him..
No disrespect to the greats before Vick...but this guy is and still will be in a class of his own, one of the greatest qb I've witness to ever play this position and i doubt that they ever find one great or just as better for years to come...if anyone has something to say, I'll wait🤔...
No rings. But he did kill a lot of dogs.
Not a HOF
Killing dogs or not having rings or not being in hof, has nothing to do with him being the best QB to ever hit the field.
No hall of fame coach, no lights out defense, and no number one wr until he played in Philly and see what he did with desean Jackson. Don't forget he went into lambo and beat brett farve and he almost made it to the superbowl but he lost to a better team in Philly with Donavan Mcnabb. Atlanta falcons were subpar team without Vick.
I love Vick he’s super talented but he ain’t elite statistically. There are 25 guys off the top of my head who were better qbs
Vick was a one man wrecking machine from college to the nfl
1:19 “HELLO DARKNESS MY OLD FRIEND”
That was tough
Finally! 1:53 in, Vick throws a pass to my brother, Ricky Hall #82.
Never forget Hall. He was super. Had he been healthy we would have won the Sugar Bowl. I will never forget the catch he made in OT vs Miami.
That’s dope
Thats fire, how is he now in life?
My boy..... you a legend in NFL but even bigger back home #757
Virginia has birthed some of the best talent. From Sports to Music too.
The first presidents too
Facts on Facts on Facts !!!
Beautiful state
💯 VA stand up ‼️
yeah man, VA football is always underrated.
was a freshman that year, heard talk about this kid Vick coming in as QB......Best years of my life in college, top QB in college all time....
Michael Vick was a BEAST on the field. Nobody moves the way he did. 💯 Much Respect from the 804 to the 757.
If only they had RPOs back then
Btc nft
Go Vick Go Vick ‼️🇺🇸 we miss him in Atl. 🇺🇸Friend from Georgia 🇺🇸
Watched his 1st game ever vs JMU in Lane Stadium 🏟. Guy would have been greatest ever if he didn’t get in trouble. MJ of football.
William Deemer Jr. Eh, no. His career was slowly stalling by the time 2007 rolled around
Bleed Green Yeah and then he came back and got another hundred million dollar contract so I guess we’ll never know.
That’s how dynamic he was. He was so dominated at the pro lovel often times we forget about his college career
Highlights say it all. Nothing against Lamar Jackson, but it makes me sick when people try to compare him to Vick. People must’ve forgot.
Aceboogie 85 have you seen some of Lamar’s college highlights?? When it comes to there scrambling abilities they are very comparable.
Aceboogie 85 Vick compared him to himself and that’s Lamar Jackson mentor/idol
Ok I’ll concede that to compare them is fair. What bugs me is when people say that he’s better
Aceboogie 85 you haven’t seen Lamar he does it effortlessly jus like Vick it’s true he might be the next Vick or better
No lamar can run but he ain't no micheal Vick for damn sure...Vick could just flick his wrist n the ball would go 45 50 yards...he may not of had the best accuracy but his arm was very underrated...
The best scrambling QB of all time
The best cf player i have ever seen
Could you imagine if they bring back NCAA and add in a legends theme where you could play with legends from certain schools. It would be almost as unfair to use VT with Vick as it is in Madden.
Well……
People forget, he was leading 29-28 going into the 4th quarter of the National Championship Game vs Florida State, when Va. Tech was driving, and a botched snap from center, and Sugar Bowl MOP Peter Warwick went off in the 4th quarter changed the outcome of that game. Vick threw for 225 yards and 1 touchdown, and had 322 total yards passing/rushing in that game vs top 15 ranked defenses in the country that game. Just think had Va Tech scored a touchdown on that drive how much heat woulda been on Florida State....
Boy was cold...
I cheer for this team but when we had Michael it was just amazing. Great job michael❤
The craziest whip release I’ve ever seen. A cannon for a left arm. He’s still the most exciting player in football history.
Vick is the best QB ever period 💪🏾
Vick was ahead of his time.
Why he gotta leave my mans hangin at 1:19 ? 😂
Best college qb I ever saw.he balled out against fla st in the national title game.if only his team helped him that game.
Mike Vick was cold. Smh. Cold, cold, cold. 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Mike Vick made us realize QBs gotta do more than just stand in the same spot until someone’s open
0:44 is literally like that commercial about the Michael Vick rollercoaster
No one could stop Vick. Period.
He almost won the heisman as a freshman. Vick was easily going to be the jordan of football.
As a VT Grad, maybe I am biased, but to me, the most electric college player ever! So bummed when he turned Pro early, but understand why he did it. 💰
Your not biased, he was that . Saquan Barkley is another type
Iverson, Vick and Aaron Brooks from the same town born around the same time. The state of Virginia had it all in the 90s
Iverson was the state player of the year in both football and basketball.......as a junior.
Poor fella (cameraman far left) at 1:18 got left hanging hahaha
My favorite football player ever...
My senior year of college my next door neighbors were 3 guys from the football team and they kept telling us there was this redshirt freshman who was destroying their top 10 national defense every single day in practice. The next year Vick was taking us to the title game.
The Allen Iverson of football
Who’s to say he wasn’t the best quarterback to play the game, his throwing is impeccable the running was just a plus . The best quarterback ever in my book
Vick and Bruce Smith 2 GOATS and both from VT
Years ago at a family reunion in 2001 I was talking to my cousin who was a NCAA college football referee. He was telling me about a kid he saw up close from Virginia Tech named Michael Vick.He said he had never seen someone with the combination of blinding speed and superior arm strength. He then said in the game he officiated he saw Vick avoid several defenders then proceed to throw the ball 50 yards on a line to a receiver for a touchdown. He said you could hear the ball traveling through the air.He said the thing that impressed him most was that Vick literally just flicked his wrist like it was nothing. He then told me that this kid is going to be something special when he gets ro the NFL.He was right.
1:19 u see that guy go for the handshake 😂😂
Vick speed and throwing is best
One of the best athletes to come out of the 757!!
Other than Allen Iverson and Alonzo Mourning
Justin verlander?
@@jonsmith9708 I don't think he grew up in the area code..he grew up more up in North of Virginia..he did go to college at ODU though
What a freakin beast! Damn
Fire💯
Greatest to ever play the position
My Fav player of All-Time!!!!
Got to see him live many times at tech...he was insane
He should have won the Heisman.
Im a tech fan but if you look his stats wernt all that great
Pschoeff10 Yea you’re right. His mixtape would have you believe that he put up better numbers than he did. It’s amazing how he went on to be the number 1 overall pick without putting up gaudy stats but he impacted the game.
Congrats you just won stupidest comment of the year lol
wish we could have seen Vick running a wide open spread offense with zone reads as opposed to a pro style that VA Tech was running at the time. Dude could have put up retarded numbers
How many times each year did they play Boston College?
Everybody wanted to be like Mike.
I'm not sure if there will ever be another QB in college football like Michael Vick because I don't see anyone come close to his potential as far as quickness and bullet, rocket arm.
Most electrifying QB of all time
Monster
Vick had a cannon cannon
The 🐐
Once every 20 yrs you see talent like this. Makes fast twitch muscle look slow, i have yet to see another talent, qb,rb,wr. Bar none the Best!
BEAST MODE!!!! 👏
The worst feeling in the world at 1:30 - trying to tackle Vick in the open field. #26 squared up five yards in front of Vick and by the time he took another step, Vick was already past him!
let me get last years Clemson team, with this mike Vick at the helm boii 🔥
GOAT 💯
Now you somewhat understand why Vick didn't study playbooks that much before the NFL. Vick was the best athlete on whatever field he stepped on. He simply didn't have to study very hard.
Wow. Memories.
Nobody ever talks about his fuckin insane rocket arm. Dude could throw it 75 yards easy
Trying to measure him with Lamar Jackson. I think Vick wins it.
Lamar can truly throw, Vick couldn't pass his way out of a paper bag!!!!
Definition of a GameChanger🏈 # 7 one of the Best QB’s to lace them up 🥾
When talk about a qbs who could beat almost anybody in speed its vick and Cunningham and both had amazing arm talent.
Those Were The Days
Vick was a BEAST
Tough As Nails Too Yo.
Goat
Greatest player ever
I'd love to be in the locker room when the coach says "Okay Johnson, you're going to be the quarterback spy in today's game. Your sole responsibility is to contain Vick! Got it!"
Johnson: Wait, I have to try and contain Michael Vick... By myself?" *Pissing himself*
Crazy raw talent #goat
He's insane
easily the most exciting player of all time
Only handful of athletes worth the price of admission, MV your at the top of my list.
In my opinion the greatest offensive player period (when healthy). Number 1 in NFL Yards per Rushing Attempt Career Leaders (since 1946) 8.4-yards per carry - that be Mike Vick. You're the Spy on Michael Vick in his prime...Good luck. One question, who gave linebackers Saturday night nightmares more than Michael Vick? All this B.S. about his passing abilities - off his back foot he could throw a rope. On the run, he could throw a rope. I put his release with Namath & Marino. A lot of haters.
2:19 bruh 🥶🥶🤯
Wait 🤔🤔how didn't he win the heisman again.... who outshined all dis talent
@nellek970 ohhhhhhh🤔🤔
Vick was the absolute best. Only racist and haters dislike Vick
#2up2down
What about defenders and defensive coordinators?
Jared Lorenzen was better. Only fat shamers woiod disagree.
@@urbanenterpriseshow They shoukdnt anymore. He has done so much 2 help
HOF fr
Or fucking dog owners
G.O.A.T
Vick Is A BEAST!!$$
more like a pitbull
No lie I have to go back and actually watch the video. Was too busy turnin up to this 🔥 ass beat in the beginning.
that year on the first episode of college gameday Lee Corso predicted Florida State would play Virginia Tech in the championship game. he knew how special Vick was
He put Virginia Tech on the map ....He is the greatest athlete in VT Sports History ....There should be a Statue outside of Lane Stadium of him
He’s like aCheat code
The only thing missing from this is his run to seal the win in the carrier dome
Imagine this Vick running an RPO offense like Philly and Baltimore? Good night.
Vick is the greatest QB period!
That number 7 would go hard in a Oregon Ducks Jersey
Mike Vick and Eric Crouch the best running QB's in college football history!
Don't forget Tommy Frazier of Nebraska...
Who remembers how disappointing his sophomore season was tho lol. But homie made the right call coming out early and will always be most exciting QB to play in the NFL
Bruh arm was hella underrated...massive air yards
Back when all the local Virginia Talent went to Virginia Tech /UVA or other in-state at least....not by these massive college powerhouses like Ohio St., Alabama etc.
